While politicians promise peace, grouchy Captain Zod and his men are stuck at a lonely outpost somewhere in the Rigal desert. His patrol spots unauthorized persons in the vicinity who are obviously up to no good, and the inevitable battle ensues.

All hopes of peace are shattered, and Zod discovers that he and his boys have become involved in an incredible conspiracy. It's a good job our heroes are, in the truest sense of the word, men of steel; for their opponent is a man to be reckoned with. His codename is "Viper" ...

The story of the robotic hero Captain Zod and his team was pure enjoyment to localise. Zod himself shouts out orders while wearing a wide-brimmed hat left over from the American civil war and puffing his cigar, his first officer Lassar comes up with appropriate regulations for all occasions and the entire cast are a set of elaborately thought-out characters; each and every one of them has a unique style which fits in wonderfully to an ingenious collection of humorous dialogues.
