Jump 'n' run

It could have been so peaceful.

Shrek has finally married his Fiona and the pair are happy in their swamp when a message from the bride's royal parents summons them to the distant kingdom of Far Far Away. Before he knows how it came about, Shrek finds himself helping a princess with her shopping, carrying chickens back to their coop and dealing with a dreaded ogre hunter. Luckily he can always rely on his friends.

Interact with totally new characters in this jump 'n' run game based on the motion picture, test your skills in mini quests created for each character and play as a team of 4 through a variety of twisted journeys.

The console version of Shrek 2 features one of the most famous casts that ever stepped up to a microphone for a video game. Alongside Sascha Hehn (Shrek), Esther Schweins (Fiona) and Randolf Kronberg (Donkey), players will be thrilled by the German dubbing voices of stars like Laurence Fishburne (Thomas Vogt), Steve Buscemi (Santiago Ziesmer), Kevin Spacey and Billy Bob Thornton (Till Hagen) and John Cleese (Thomas Danneberg).

www.gamigo.de
"Activision deserves special praise for the brilliant localisation. The German original voice-over actors from the film were engaged and help to make the atmosphere absolutely perfect. This game has all the wit and puns that Shrek fans love so much."

"The real-time cutscenes are a highlight. They have been realized in an amusing way and are just plain funny. This is owed largely to the successful German version that not only includes the original German voice-over actors (e.g. Sascha Hehn and Esther Schweins), but also has well-translated dialogues. Localisation: very good"
