Six months have passed since Starfleet successfully fought back the threat posed by the Omega particle (Star Trek: Armada). Now it's time to face a new threat: Captain Picard and Starfleet must venture light years away into the Delta Quadrant to fight Species 8472 - and form an unusual alliance ...

In addition to the Federation, Klingon and other ships that players encountered in the game's predecessor, Star Trek: Armada II also features the first appearance of Cardassian fleets and Species 8472.

As before, the game features the famous German voices of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Chancellor Martok and the Borg Queen ...
