As a street cop gone rogue you hold absolute power in New York City. You are Marcus Reed - a former criminal turned cop - and you use and abuse your authority to bring down your mentor’s killer while shaking the New York boroughs up from Harlem to Chinatown. Your undercover investigations lead you through a murderous web of street gangs and conmen while you keep fighting criminals, your past and much of everything the city has to offer in terms of opposition.

Arresting criminals, clamping down on foreign and local gang activities, investigations, seizures, extortion and interrogation - deal justice how you like it best, whether you play by the rules or give in to this job’s particular temptations.

The game features the original voices of Christopher Walken, Laurence Fishburne and Mickey Rourke (among others).
